Section 6
Right to hear the case and appeal
The relevant customs officer shall have the right to initiate proceedings and dispose of the case related to the offense as per sub-section (1) and (2) of section 5 and the person who is not satisfied with his decision may appeal to the Revenue Tribunal within thirty five days. .
