In this Act, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,—
(a) "Export" means the export of goods outside the state of Nepal.
(b) "Importer" means importation of goods within the state of Nepal.
(c) "Notified Order" means an order published in the Nepal Gazette.
(d) "Published" means published in the Nepal Gazette.
