(1) The Chief District Officer shall have the power to dispose of cases punishable under section 13. (2) While proceeding with a case under sub-section (1), the Chief District Officer shall, in accordance with the Special Courts Act, 2059 will be followed. (3) On the decision made by the Chief District Officer under sub-section (1) An appeal will be taken to the High Court.
