(1) The custodian shall have the authority to process and dispose of cases related to offenses under this regulation. The right to act and demarcate will be to the Assistant Conservator in the presence of the Assistant Conservator and in the absence of the Ranger:- In case of violation of rule 4 and entering the park without taking an entry card,

• Clause (c), (e) or (e) of rule 7 f) If any action is taken in violation of clause (d) of the same rule, if any damage is caused to the forest produce valued up to five hundred rupees,
• if fishing is done without taking permission according to rule 11,
• If any signs, notices, advertisements or posters are pasted or put up in violation of rule 13,
• If any instrument is played in violation of rule 14,
• If garbage is littered or thrown in violation of rule 15,< /li>
• If you enter the park, walk or drive a vehicle in violation of rule 17,
• In violation of rule 18, if you leave the designated path and travel from another place, if you walk a domestic animal or drive a vehicle.
