(1) Under this regulation, the custodian shall have the right to prosecute and dispose of cases related to offences.
(2) Without adversely affecting the generality of sub-rule (1), the assistant custodian or ranger shall have the authority to prosecute and dispose of cases related to the following offences.
(a) In case of entry into the reserve without taking an entry card as per rule 4,
(b) If any action is taken in contravention of clause (c), (d) or (e) of rule 6,
(c) Killing fish or any other aquatic life without obtaining permission under rule 10,
(d) if any signboard, notice, advertisement or poster is affixed or put up in contravention of rule 12,
(e) If the instrument is played in contravention of rule 13,
(f) littering or littering in contravention of rule 14,
(g) Driving in contravention of rule 16 or 17,
(h) If, in contravention of rule 18, he enters, walks or drives within the reserve,
(i) If action is taken in violation of rule 19.
