Rule 126
Information about the proceedings of the case can be given
(1) The court shall notify the party of the case automatically by email or mobile about the registration of the case, the date fixed for the ordinary date, the date fixed for the payment date, the case being adjourned from the bench in the case of payment, not sent for hearing, or if there is an order or judgment, and the court has fixed it from time to time. Can give information about other subjects.
(2) The parties themselves can get the information about the proceedings of the case according to sub-rule (1) after completing the procedure prescribed by the court.
(3) The party to the case should submit his email address and mobile number to the court for the purpose of getting information about the status of the case proceedings.
(4) In accordance with sub-rule (3), the party shall be deemed to have received the information given in the email address and mobile number provided by the party.
