Rule 153
Preparation of case notes

(1) Before submitting a case to the bench for decision, the head of the branch shall file all the petitions, complaints, writ petitions, replies, written answers, statements of the parties, witness and expert papers, lower court judgments, appeals, court orders, written rebuttals, etc. A summary of the documents and the main point of agreement between the parties of the case should be included in the written missal.
(2) The concerned officer should make an arrangement for examination by a higher officer on the note of the case.
(3) In the note of the case, the head of the branch who prepares it and the examining officer should verify it.
(4) No one shall write in the notes of the case his personal opinion or anything affecting the case.
(5) The judge may add, subtract or modify any error mentioned in the case notes as necessary.
