21.1 The investigation of the case related to the offense to be punished according to this Act shall be done by the seed seed inspector and the seed seed inspector appointed in accordance with subsection 16.1 of section 16 or in accordance with subsection 16.2. After the completion of the work, the case will be filed before the officer who hears the case. 21.2 When investigating and filing the case according to sub-section 12.1, the seed seed sample collector may take the opinion of the government lawyer. 1 The seed inspector appointed under subsection 16.1 or the seed inspector appointed under subsection 16.2 who is punished according to this act shall conduct the investigation of the case under section 16 and after the completion of such investigation shall file it before the officer looking into the case. 21.2 Subsection 21 When investigating and filing the case according to 1, the seed inspector may take the opinion of the public prosecutor.
