Section 60
Investigation and scope of the case
(1) The investigation of cases related to offenses punishable under this Act will be done by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette and the case will be filed before the officer who hears the case.
(2) When filing a case according to sub-section (1), the opinion of the public prosecutor shall be consulted.
