Section 16
Investigation and scope of the case
(1) The inspector will investigate the case related to the offense to be punished according to this Act and after the completion of such investigation, the case will be filed before the officer who hears the case.
(2) While investigating and filing the case according to sub-section (1), the inspector may take the opinion of the public prosecutor.
