Rule 41
Allocation of cases
(1) After a case is registered in a court with more than one judge, the Srestedar will distribute the case among the case sections by round process in the presence of the presiding judge based on the number of judges and the ratio of the number of cases and even the route group. Amended by £2 Second Amendment. 25 Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "case" means an appeal, an application for a writ of habeas corpus, any other application or report, and also an application of a special nature, which is registered as a case.
(2) The cases filed in the court at the time of commencement of this rule shall be distributed among the districts by the Srestedar according to the basis and procedure as per sub-rule (1).
