Rule 70
Providing case schedule
(1) After the filing of the appeal, the court will provide the appellant and the withdrawn defendant with the schedule of proceedings of each case in the format as per Schedule-10.
(2) One copy of the schedule as per sub-rule (1) should be printed and certified by the branch head and should be attached to the missile.
(3) The parties who are not present on the date will be provided with the information regarding the status of the proceedings and payment of the case in accordance with the schedule provided under sub-rule (1) by any means as desired by the parties.
