Rule 65
Not stopping to see the case
(1) No case on the daily court list shall be removed from the list for any reason, and even if the party, heir or legal practitioner is not present at the time of hearing, the case shall not be adjourned and the judgment shall be as determined.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), the court may adjourn the hearing of the case for a maximum of two times if the party to the case or a legal practitioner submits an application before the commencement of the hearing of the case where the court has any reasonable cause to believe that he is unable to attend the court due to circumstances beyond his control. can
