The Minister of Finance of the Government of Nepal shall, on behalf of the Government of Nepal, provide currency that can be used freely to the partners exercising special withdrawal rights in the cases specified by the Fund as written in Section 4 of Article 19 of Schedule 13 of the Fund Agreement and The payment of such money will be made from the accumulated funds of the Government of Nepal.
