In Section 11 of the Principal Act, - (1) in sub-section (1), for the words "one crore rupees", the words "five crore rupees" have been inserted. (2) Sub-section (2) ) in place of the words "this Act" and "within three years from the date of enforcement of this sub-section" instead of the words "this sub-section" and "within the year Ashwin 22 of Samvat 2065".
