Instead of Article 20 of the original Act, the following Article 20 is placed:- “20. The right to transfer and assign to work: (1) The authority to transfer and assign to work of assistant level employees.
(2) The following officers shall have the right to transfer and assign employees of the authorized level:-
(a) In the case of sixth and seventh level employees, the concerned departmental director general or director in a department without the post of director general,
(b) Secretary of the Ministry in the case of eighth, ninth and tenth level employees.”
