.Section 21A of the original Act. The following sub-sections (3) and (4) have been added after sub-section (2) of:- "(3) The number of employees who have been upgraded from the immediately existing third level to the fourth level in the health service will automatically be created in the fourth level.
(4) The designation of the employees in the posts created according to sub-section (3) shall be as prescribed.
