Section 3

Amendment to Section 3 of the Principal Act:

In Section 3 of the Principal Act,- (1) After Sub-Section (2) the following Sub-Section (2A) is added:-

“(2A) One or A government company can be established for achieving more than one purpose." (2) In subsection (3), the following restrictive phrase has been added: "But no company that distributes profits can establish or be the founder of a company that does not distribute profits."
