Section 21

Amendment

to Section 30 of the Principal Act

At the end of Section 30 of the Principal Act, the following restrictive phrase has been added:- “But the provisions of Clause (2) and Sub-section (2) of the restrictive phrase of Sub-section (1) of Section 26 shall apply immediately. .
