In Section 35 of the Principal Act,- (1) the following clarification is added after sub-section (1):- “Explanation:- For the purpose of this section, “document” means any document contained in a digital or electronic record. means any subject or any digital or electronic material or copy of such material in printed or stored optical or electro-magnetic form or published or republished."

(2) In sub-section (3) " For the words "in other subsections of this section" the words "in this section" and after the word "order" the words "or records kept" are added.
