In Section 47 of the Principal Act,-

(1) in sub-section (1) instead of the words “if the company requests information”, “obtains its rights in such shares” The words "on the date" have been inserted.

(2) In place of the words "demanded in accordance with" in sub-section (2), the words "according to" have been placed and the words "date of receipt of information" have been deleted.< /p>

(3) After sub-section (2) the following sub-section (3) is added:- “(3) In addition to what is written in sub-section (1), in case of being a shareholder of an organized organization, the sub-section about such person shall be disclosed in such a way that the identity of the natural person who retains ownership of the shares of such organization shall be disclosed. The information as per (1) should also be provided to the company.”
