The following sub-section (5) has been added to the section 50 of the original Act:- “(5) In the register book established as per sub-section (4), the company receives notice as per sub-section (2) and (3) Within seven days of the occurrence, the details of the basic shareholders shall be updated and a certified copy thereof shall be submitted to the office within fifteen days for information and records.
