In Section 67 of the Principal Act, - (1) The word "public" in sub-section (2) is deleted. (2) The following sub-section (2A) is added after sub-section (2). Six:- "(2A) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), there is no need to publish the notice in a national level daily newspaper if the notice is sent to the address provided to the company by the founder shareholders in relation to the first annual general meeting of the company."
