After clause (d) of Section 78 of the Principal Act, the following clauses (d1) and (d2) are added: Details of the same, if any, (D2) Details of the overall opinion expressed by the auditor in relation to the company and any qualified opinion or report of abandoning the audit, if any, details of the same."
