Section 39
Amendment to Section 81 of the Principal Act:
of Section 81 of the Principal Act,-
(1) In sub-section (2), after the words "failing to provide" the words "and refusing to comply with the instructions given under section 178" have been added.
(2) "Description" in sub-section (4) After the words, the words "or information about the implementation of instructions under section 178" have been placed.
