Section 65 of the original Act shall be followed by the following sections 65A, 65B, 65C. and 65d. Added:- “65k. Do not torture: (1) Employees shall not torture anyone.
(2) Employees should not commit or cause acts related to sexual harassment and domestic violence.

65b. Behavior towards the customer:

(1) Employees should behave decently and politely towards the customer related to their work.
(2) The employee shall provide the client with clear information about the subject, process and time required to perform the work related to the client's work.

65c. Must follow the conduct appropriate to his service and position:

Each employee must also follow the conduct appropriate to his service and position.

65 d. Other conduct:

(1) The employee should carry out the responsibilities that come according to his office and position in a dignified, fair, clean and fast manner.
(2) The employee shall not use or use any government property for household work.
(3) Any government employee who is appointed in such a way that the employee receives salary and allowance from the government revenue shall not be employed for his household work except for office work.
(4) The employee shall not close or cause to close the health institution.
(5) Employees should not smoke and drink during office hours and in the office premises.”
