The following rule 6 is placed in line with rule 6 of the original regulation:- “6. Formation of the committee: (1) The fund will have a board of directors to manage and supervise the fund.
(2) The committee will have the following members:-
(a) Finance Minister – Chairman
(b) Person appointed by the Government of Nepal - Vice President
(c) Member, National Planning Commission – Member (see related field),
(d) Governor, Nepal Rastra Bank - Member (e) Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (f) Secretary, Ministry of Labor and Transport Management - Member (g) Secretary, Ministry of Youth and Sports - Member (h) Senior Economic Adviser, Ministry of Finance - Member (j) Chairman, Insurance Committee - Member (j) President, Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Member (k) President, Nepal Bankers Association - Member (l) President, Nepal Insurance Association - Member (D) Co-Secretary of the Ministry designated by the Ministry of Finance - Member (d) Executive Director Member-Secretary
