(1) When the evaluation committee evaluates the proposal, any bidder, sealed bidder, proposer, consultant, service provider, supplier, builder or other person, firm, organization or company director who submitted the proposal in a single or joint venture has been filed for corruption. If it is found that such a case has been filed, it should be sent in writing to the Government of Nepal through the relevant agency.
(2) If written in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Government of Nepal, such bidder, sealed bidder, proposer, consultant, service provider, supplier, builder or other person, firm, institution or company director, individually or jointly. The proposal submitted by the undertaking may be evaluated and instructed not to be included in the evaluation process within the period of completion.
(3) If it is directed according to sub-rule (2), the evaluation committee shall remove such proposal from the evaluation process and evaluate the remaining proposals.
