Rule 147
Valuation report to be prepared

(1) The evaluation committee shall prepare a report regarding the quality of the proposal after taking the evaluation-related action as per Rule 146.
(2) In the report according to sub-rule (1), the relative advantages, disadvantages and evaluation results of each proposal should be mentioned including the following:-
(a) Name and address of the offeror,
(b) Signature of the proposer or his authorized representative or not,
(c) Whether or not documents have been submitted confirming that the proposer is qualified according to law to submit the proposal,
(d) Whether or not a joint venture agreement, if necessary, has been submitted (e) Whether the proposal has been completed or not according to the instructions given to the proposer in the document related to the proposal (f) the relative strengths, weaknesses and evaluation results of each proposal.
