Rule 36
Conciliation time period
When resolving disputes through conciliation in accordance with this paragraph, the organization or local body responsible for conciliation shall complete the settlement within sixty days in the case of civil cases and within thirty days in the case of criminal cases from the date of appointment of the conciliator.
