Rule 48
Approving Conciliation Actions
(1) Upon examining the application received in accordance with Rule 47, if it is deemed necessary to approve the petitioner for the work related to reconciliation, the council will take a deposit of one thousand rupees and give approval in accordance with schedule-15.
(2) When giving approval according to sub-rule (1), the council shall also approve the procedures or regulations related to reconciliation made by the petitioning organization.
