Rule 59
Procedure to be adopted if conciliation is not possible
(1) If the parties of the case do not agree to settle during the discussion for reconciliation, within seven days from the date of non-approval, the conciliator shall submit a report to the relevant court stating that reconciliation has not been achieved. If such a report is received, the case should be dealt with and disposed of according to the law.
(2) If the report is not submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1) even within seven days after the payment of the period specified by the court for reconciliation, the court will proceed with the proceedings of the case according to the law.
(3) It shall be the duty of the parties to the case to appear in the court within seven days from the date of completion of the conciliation process, excluding the term of leave.
