: (1) For the purpose of conciliation, any ex-judge or legal practitioner or local level official or social worker or wahalwala or retired government officer and other employee or professor or teacher, considering matters including training, experience, conduct, fairness and integrity Or the Srestedar will prepare a list of potential conciliators by revealing the names, nationality, profession, experience, training, etc. of the persons or organizations involved in the reconciliation work. However, the names of persons who have not received mediation training or who have been convicted of a criminal offense of moral turpitude will not be included.
(2) Listing the list of conciliators, including additional names in the list and removing (updating) names from the list shall be done by the district judge in the court where only one judge is employed and by the full meeting in the court where more than one judge is employed.
(3) The court shall publish the list of conciliators prepared in accordance with sub-rule (2). 27 (4) The person mentioned in sub-rule (1) may apply to the Khrestedar to include his name in the list. If there is such a request, the name can be included in the list of conciliators after considering the appropriateness.
