Rule 55
Procedure for sending to conciliator
(1) If there is an order to send a case to the conciliator for conciliation, the parties to the case shall be sent a written notice to the conciliator along with the following matters:-
(a) A copy of the summary of the case or the main main document,
(b) The name, surname, country of origin and telephone number, email address and fax number of the parties or heirs of the case, if available,
(c) Place of conciliation work.
(2) If the conciliator requests a copy of a specific document related to the case, the court shall provide a copy of such document. 50 (3) When sent for conciliation as per sub-rule (1), the parties shall maintain the scope of the case as per the date specified in the complete misil filed in the court, considering the time period provided for that work. But if the conciliator sends the parties back to the court before the date set by the court, the parties will have to appear in the court within seven days apart from the deadline.
