Rule 14
Can again order to settle the case through conciliation process
In accordance with Rule 12 or 13, even if reconciliation is not possible in a case that has been sent to be resolved through the process of conciliation once, if it is deemed appropriate and reasonable to adopt the process of reconciliation again, and if the parties to the case agree on that matter, the body reviewing the case may order that such case be resolved through the process of conciliation for the second time.
