Section 27
Mohiani right is due
Farmers who have a special share in Guthi land will get Mohiani right according to the prevailing law. But,
(a) The amount entitled to enjoyment of tillage due to doing a certain work of Guthi will not be entitled to Mohiani right on such land.
(b) Mohiani rights will not be given to land that has not been cultivated for a long time or has a garden or a plot of the specified city market.
