Rule 16
Existing Registration Shresta Vidai Land Registration
(1) Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this paragraph, if there is a question between two or more persons regarding the land that has been measured once and the registration certificate has been prepared, the land surveyor shall register the land with the existing registration certificate.< br> (2) Once the measurement is checked and the land registered in the name of the person is re-measured, if the condition of the land has changed after crossing the river, then the river or the river should be mentioned in the regional register, and the ownership of the owner of the land should be verified in the Kaifiat Mahal of the said register.
(3) If the concerned person submits an application that the land that has been certified as per sub-rule (2) has been subsequently raised by the river, the surveyor branch shall understand the necessary matters and inform the land office of the concerned person by establishing a land mark in the name of the concerned person.
