Section 51
Monetary unit
(1) Nepal …………. The monetary unit of which shall be rupees and such rupees shall be divided into one hundred paise. (2) The rupees as per sub-section (1) shall be legal tender within Nepal ……… and the guarantee of such rupees shall be obtained from the Government of Nepal.
