Rule 55
Expiry Date Holdable

(1) Regardless of what is written in other existing laws, the deadline can be extended only once for a maximum of seven days in the petition for direct custody and in the case of other types of petitions only once for a maximum of fifteen days. But it will be according to what is written in rule 77.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the person who is required to appear on the due date, if the due date passes due to the fact that the person has to stay in kiria or if she is a woman, has given birth, the kiria has expired or on the date of delivery or any other reason, no means of transport or divine calamity such as earthquake. If the road is opened or the traffic is running or if the road has passed due to a reason, the deadline can be postponed if you appear within fifteen days from the date of the road and submit an application with proof.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, the deadline and payment cannot be postponed in cases where the interim order has been referred for discussion.
(4) In accordance with this rule, when the due date is suspended, the deadline date for any of the applications shall be deemed to be suspended for all the applications. It cannot be held repeatedly that the deadline has passed in every application.
