Section 262
Expiration
(1) The court shall give a period of seventy days to appeal the cases filed under section 254.
(2) If the relevant party who has passed the deadline given in accordance with sub-section (1) submits a petition before the court by showing reasonable cause, the court may extend the deadline by up to thirty days to the deadline set in accordance with paragraph-21.
