Section 34
<br> to serve a term or judicial instrument
If a foreign state requests to serve a deadline or a judicial document in accordance with Section 21, the relevant court shall treat such a deadline or a judicial document as if the judicial action is pending in that court and according to the law.
(2) According to sub-section (1) when serving a deadline or judicial document, such deadline or judicial document should be served by following a specific procedure or method according to the treaty with the foreign state or according to the request of the court of the foreign state and the central authority is also requested accordingly. If it has come, the relevant court will have to follow such procedure or method and issue such deadline or judicial document.
(3) After serving any term or judicial document in accordance with this section, the concerned court shall prepare the details of the service of such document.
(4) In the event that the legal statement as per sub-section (3) has to be translated into English according to the request of the court of the foreign state, the central authority shall translate it and certify the original copy received from the relevant court and the translated copy.
