: For the efficient operation of its functions, the committee can appoint a managing director and as many advisers and employees as necessary. Their appointment, service conditions and remuneration will be as specified in the regulations. But the first managing director of the institute will be appointed by the Government of Nepal and his duties, rights and other conditions of service will also be determined by the Government of Nepal. According to those conditions, the salary and other benefits he will get will be given from the funds of the institute as determined by the Government of Nepal.
