Section 150
Traveller's Insurance

(1) The owner or manager of the vehicle operating the transport service on the designated route must provide accident insurance for each passenger traveling in the specified amount.
(2) If a passenger is disabled due to a vehicle accident, he will receive the amount of accident insurance for the disability, and if he dies due to the accident, his next of kin will receive the amount of accident insurance he should have received.
(3) In the event of an accident in any public vehicle while operating the transport service without insuring the passengers as per sub-section (1), the owner or manager of the vehicle shall pay the insurance amount as per sub-section (1) to the passenger as per sub-section (1). Compensation should be given.
