Section 122
Period to be considered prisoner of war
: For the purpose of section 131, a person shall be considered as prisoner of war until the investigation of his conduct is completed as mentioned in section 129 and if he is dismissed from service due to conduct after the investigation is completed, he shall be deemed to be under prisoner of war until the day of dismissal.
