Section 6

Agents held before the commencement of this Act

All approvals given by the Government of Nepal to work as agents before the commencement of this Act must be renewed within the prescribed period by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. If it is not renewed within that period, the approvals will not be maintained.
