Rule 35
Choice of eligible applicants
(1) The evaluation committee shall carry out necessary tests on whether the pre-qualification applicant has fulfilled each of the eligibility criteria mentioned in the pre-qualification document. Applicants who meet all the eligibility criteria during the test are considered to be selected in the eligibility test and applicants who do not meet all the eligibility criteria are considered not to be selected.
(2) Prequalified applicants selected in the test as per sub-rule (1) shall be deemed eligible to submit bids for the related procurement process.
