:(1) Before employing a child as a worker, the establishment shall submit an application to the labor office, mentioning the nature of the work and the age of the child, to examine the health of the child in the matter of the child not being able to do the work.
(2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), the labor office shall conduct a health examination of such child by a physician.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if the child is found to be fit to work, the doctor shall give a certificate of fitness in the format as per the schedule.
