(1) The communication institute shall publish the merit order within 15 days from the date of interviewing the candidates.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) the candidates who are recommended in the order of merit will be appointed as working journalists by the manager within fifteen days at most.
(3) The manager shall follow the principle of inclusiveness as far as possible while appointing working journalists in accordance with this rule.
