(1) In order to formulate short-term or long-term plans, programs or budgets of the board, there will be the following plan, program and budget formulation committee:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry – Coordinator
(b) Member of the Board representing the Ministry of Finance on the Board – Member
(c) Director General, Department – ​​Member
(D) Chairman of Foreign Employment Professionals Association - Member (e) Executive Director, Board – Member
(2) The committee according to sub-rule (1) shall formulate a plan, annual program or budget for the coming financial year and submit it to the board for approval before the end of the fourth quarter of each financial year.
