Rule 231
Prohibition on spending money
The authorized officer shall not order to spend the budget without approving the program and budget from the council of the local body. However, if the employee's salary allowance, electricity, electricity and other projects have been completed, there will be no delay in paying them by getting approval from the council of the local body.
